I have heard about the earthquake,tsunami and nuclear effects and I feel really sorry for your victims though I have heard from my father that you are fine and safe.
We are praying for all the victims who suffered from the disaster.
Anyway, we all are in great sympathy for all the Japanese though we can't come and help your people.
I strongly believe that Buddha will look after and save you all.
I also believe that the people who are always giving hands to others will never get into troubles.
I surely know that my friends and my students will also feel the same.
You will soon get back the warmth of the sunshine!
