この和室で、朝9：45～10：20　保健体操と丹田呼吸法入門の実習をする。

午後15：45～16：30　丹田呼吸の会　40分間の瞑想

まさに緑舎洗心　小高い丘の上に建つ道場。車の音や電車の音、人の声がない。小鳥のさえずりと風の音ばかり。裏山の緑が目に優しい。静かに静かに、頭がからっぽになる。

you can  hear only the twittering of birds and the sound of a sea breeze.
